Bake two rustic sourdough boules in a traditional outdoor fire brick oven. Using only wood-fired heat, four, water, and salt you will learn the basics of baking with sourdough. Take home two loaves, a sourdough starter, and directions to continue baking in your own home.
Class runs from 10 - 3, with lunch provided. There will also be an opportunity to explore the farm or hike the nature trail.
