About Lenna
Lenna came to us as a puppy from a farm in Florida. She was our first livestock guardian dog. We decided that we needed an LGD due to unacceptable losses from predators to our flock of free-range chickens. We hoped that she would be the answer to our problem. Before she was a year old, she took on the reigns of guardianship at our farm. She has learned so much since we picked her up at the airport in 2020. Excelling in all facets of guardianship, Lenna is a leader and has never backed down from a threat. She asserts her dominance among our other dogs, yet is gentle and calm around our young child. We highly value her keen eye for aerial predators and perimeter management for far off threats.
