The Foundation
It is not made of straw, sticks, or bricks. Instead, the foundation of our farm resides within the heart of our herd of nature-raised Nigerian dwarf does. It rests on pillars of strong pedigrees, and is framed from our own seasoned hands. It has sturdy walls strengthened with excellent conformation, and a roof that has a limitless ceiling of potential. With plans to house future champions, we open the door of our hearts so that you, too, can experience a Heart's Pasture Farm Nigerian Dwarf Goat by reserving a future kid from one of our dams.
Heart's Pasture Farm Nigerian dwarf goats get a 60 minute walk through our woods each day throughout spring, summer, and fall. They browse on all of our plentiful forest bounty.

In our first try at milk star achievements, each one of the seven goats that we milked earned a pedigree milk star for pounds of milk, protein, and/or butterfat. Honey Sweetie Acres Kinna 1*M
Kinna has it all going for her! As queen of our Nigerian dwarf herd, she has excellent teats for hand milking and the largest milk output with the creamiest milk. Her teats are slightly forward on her udder, making it even easier to milk without a stray hoof upturning the milk pail!

Biscotti is cool and calm on the milk stand, much like her dam Wing Ding. Another trait she shares with her mother is a nice orifice size. This means more milk in each stream while milking her, a definite plus!

Pauline
Pauline is an excellent goat to hand milk. She has the longest teats in our herd, meaning more milk with each squirt! She can put out some serious milk volume, too. You would be hard pressed to find a better-quality unregistered doe. Because Pauline is unregistered, she has not been a part of our milk testing program.
